  1. Introduction This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling/changing reservations at the accommodation. Adherence to this policy is essential for ensuring transparency and fair treatment for both guests and the property owners.

  2. Cancellation Terms Guests can cancel their reservation according to the following terms:

    • For non-discounted bookings: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
    • For bookings with a 7% discount: Non-refundable rate.
  3. Cancellation Procedure Cancellations can be made through the booking platform or by directly contacting the property owner. Guests should receive a cancellation confirmation via email or written message.

  4. No-Show In case a guest does not show up on the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
